Prepress Cleaner

The product:

Graphic Arts Film Cleaner. A Petroleoum based product with high antistatic properties. RC Film Cleaner is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, however, highly-flammable. Compliance to OSHA Standards, EPA approved.

The application:

RC Film Cleaner can be used for any type of graphic arts film, screen, transparency or c-print cleaning. For application of Diazo Film we recommend our PVR. RC Film Cleaner removes adhesive of any type and make applied in the Graphic Arts Industry, obviously removes adhesive tape, dirt, grease, finger prints etc. All KAMI products are formulated to work in conjunction with each other, e.g. complement one another – representing a system to optimize savings on material and time input. In application use a lint-free wiping material with high absorption capacity (for example our =KAMI= Soft Reinigungstuch wipers) and rub gently over the surface to be cleaned, adding just a few drops of RC.

Useful hints:

RC Cleaner is filled up in hard PET-G or PVC bottles. The bottle is shaped to fit your hand. The squirt top releases very litte at a time. This is intended. Be frugal, KAMI products go a long way. Do not use RC Film Cleaner on your scanner drum. RC contains 10 % IPA. RC Cleaner has a multi purpose range of application possibilities: Try to clean electronic circuit boards, removal of adhesive price stickers, house hold uses, excellent stain remover on clothing.

The product:

Cleaning and treatment for long lasting anti-static effects of optical lenses, computer terminals, screens, keyboards, PVC housings, contact frame surface, film material, scanner mounting cover sheets, use on step and repeat machines, PVC show displays and many more applications. VC has extreme and extended working anti-static properties. This material is non-toxic, non carcinogenic, non flammable and user friendly squirt pump powered. Compliance to OSHA, EPA approved.

The application:

Shake well before using. Apply by squirting to soft cloth or wiper and rub over object or item to be cleaned and treated. Excellent for work on contact frames and scanner work (cover sheets), fighting static.

Useful hints:

Apply VC to cld surfaces only or it might smear. Do not use VC in wet contact to any scanner drum, because VC contains alcohol.

The product:

Offset pre-cleaner PVR removes gum balls, adhesive tape, finger prints, oily or greasy spot after exposure and before plate processing – hence assures excellent results for machine or hand processed plates, however highly flammable. Compliance to OSHA Standards, EPA approved.

The application:

Already frame exposed positive or negative working, pre-sensitized offset plates, cleaned with PVR prior to the processing of same, will provide superior results due to all impurities being removed first. Simply squirt some PVR on to the plate surface and wipe off evenly with lint-free =KAMI= Soft Reinigungstuch wipers.

The product:

These are lint-free, scratch-free wipers made from pure cellulose fibres. They offer outstanding absorption capacity and speed (10 times its own weight in one second). They can be used repeatedly, will not shred or distingrate. In fact they are machine washable and will maintain all the above stated characteristic.

Useful hints:

This is not the cheap throw-away wiper. One wipe will likely last all day. Perfect to clean transparencies, scanner drums and contact frames
